USA HIPAA collects the information needed to deliver training, issue certificates, support reporting, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data, and we keep access limited to the people and systems that need it for the service to work. Updated August 6, 2026. Privacy questions and data requests: hello@bijilabs.com.
Collection
Information needed to deliver the service
Account details, learner progress, certificate records, and related support information are used to operate the platform. If you enter your email to receive free practice test results or study tips, we use it to send those materials and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Use
Data used for training, proof, and support
The platform uses your information to deliver courses, track completion, issue certificates, and answer support requests.
Access
Restricted access to authorized personnel
Access is limited to the users and internal teams that need it to support the platform and the customer account.
Analytics
Self-hosted, first-party site analytics
USA HIPAA measures site traffic with BIJI Analytics, a service the site owner hosts and operates (loaded from biji-analytics.onrender.com). It records the page path and hostname, a cleaned referrer, allowlisted UTM campaign values, screen size, browser, operating system and device type, and an approximate country and city derived from the request. It stores two first-party cookies holding random identifiers: a visitor ID kept for about one year and a session ID that expires after about 30 minutes. These identifiers contain no name or email, the data is not sold or shared with advertisers, and it is deleted on request.
Attribution
First-party attribution cookies
The site also sets its own attribution cookies (names starting with usa_attr_) holding a random visitor ID kept for about 180 days, a session ID that resets after 30 minutes of inactivity, first and last landing pages, referrers, UTM values, and ad click IDs such as gclid and fbclid. If you buy a course, these values are attached to the Stripe checkout record as metadata so purchases can be attributed to the marketing that led to them.
Payments
Payments processed by Stripe
Course purchases are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout pages. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch USA HIPAA servers. We keep Stripe's reference for your purchase alongside your order, course access, and certificate records.
Advertising
Measurement for ads and purchases
USA HIPAA may use tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta technologies to understand site traffic, measure ad performance, attribute purchases, and improve campaigns. These tools may use cookies, click identifiers, hashed contact details, and purchase event data under their own terms.
Privacy Support
If you need help with a record, certificate, or account detail, start with support
Most privacy-related requests on USA HIPAA are practical: correcting a learner name before certificate issuance, understanding what account data is visible to an organization admin, or asking how records are retained.
Send the team enough detail to identify the account and the request, and they can route it to the right next step. To ask what data we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, email hello@bijilabs.com and we will handle it promptly.
- Use the same learner name you want printed on the certificate.
- Include organization context if the request is tied to a team account.
- Describe whether the issue is account access, certificate proof, support history, or marketing preferences.
- Send data access, correction, or deletion requests to hello@bijilabs.com.
Fastest way to get help
- Email support@usahipaa.com for account help
- Email hello@bijilabs.com for data requests
- Include the learner name and account email
- Mention the course or certificate if relevant
